I started at Catchpoint in late 2010 a year after completing my Law degree at university. In between university and starting my role at Catchpoint, I travelled around India, Thailand, Malaysia and Australia with friends which I thoroughly enjoyed. Since starting my role at Catchpoint, I have been tasked with approaching potential customers with the aim of obtaining new business in the retail and commercial sectors across the whole of the UK . I pride myself on my customer service skills and recognise the importance of forging relationships with both new and existing customers.
Outside of work, I am a huge football fan and have been a season ticket holder at Manchester City for as long as I can remember. When I’m not watching football, I’ll be outdoors somewhere being run off my feet by my three year old son.

I started my career with Catchpoint UK in 2007 as an apprentice at the age of 17.
I completed my apprenticeship and moved into a position as installation/service Engineer the company continued to grow and was split to service and installation divisions.
I followed the path of install and became an integral part of an installation team. Working closely with Directors, clients, and engineers to assist national contracts with start to finish all aspects of fire and security installations.
I progressed to Project Engineer in 2015 gaining valuable experience supervising my fellow engineers and becoming more aware of the industry.
In 2019 I again progressed and was promoted to Installation Manager, my current position. Heading up our installation Division, I have a common ground with my engineers, approachable and my tools are always ready, again I push with my client-based mindset…
